Terms and Conditions – mli win Platform Rules and Player Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "mli win" means the platform operated at mliwin.com, including all games, betting services, account management tools, and promotional features available through the website.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an account at mli win and is using the platform.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by you at mli win through which you access all platform services.

• Any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested through your account before you notify mli win of unauthorised access are your responsibility.

mli win implements industry-standard encryption for all account data and financial transactions. However, account security on your end – particularly the protection of your login credentials – is your responsibility and not a liability of the platform.

The following conditions govern your eligibility to hold an account and use the services at mli win:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. Players who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and any deposits returned without winnings.

• Eligibility: Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Players who have previously received a welcome bonus at mli win are not eligible for a second claim regardless of account status.

• Expiry: All mli win bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Uncleared wagering requirements at expiry will result in the bonus balance being removed from the account.
• Abuse: mli win reserves the right to remove bonuses and void associated winnings from any account found to be abusing the bonus system. This includes but is not limited to placing bets with opposite outcomes to guarantee a profit regardless of result.
• Modification: mli win may change, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players with bonuses already credited and wagering in progress are not affected by changes applied after their bonus was issued.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed at mli win. Additional sport-specific rules may apply and are available on the individual sports market pages.

• Bet confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed at mli win, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or voided by the player except through the cash-out feature where available. Confirmed bets are binding immediately.
• Odds: The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet. If odds change after you have placed your bet, the original odds locked at confirmation stand.
• Minimum bet: The minimum single bet at mli win is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if a match is abandoned without a result, if a market is opened in error, or if incorrect odds were published due to a technical error. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's account.
• Match abandonment: If a cricket match is abandoned before a result can be determined and the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method does not produce a result, match winner bets are voided. Over and session bets covering periods not played are also voided.
• Live betting: Live (in-play) bets at mli win are settled based on the official result confirmed after the conclusion of the relevant event or market period. Temporary scores or in-progress figures do not constitute final results.
• Errors: mli win reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical or human error, even after the event has concluded. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Accumulator bets: If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is recalculated as if that leg did not exist. The remaining legs and their odds continue to apply.

The following general rules apply to all casino and game products available at mli win, including Live Casino, Teen Patti, Baccarat, and Ludo Games:

• Random outcomes: All mli win game outcomes for non-live-dealer games are determined by a certified random number generator. Outcomes are not influenced by the platform, previous results, or any external factor.
• Live dealer games: Live Casino, Teen Patti, and Baccarat games featuring live dealers are broadcast in real time. The dealer's actions and card/tile outcomes are the final result. Video feed delays do not entitle players to cancel or reverse bets.
• Disconnections: If your internet connection fails during a game round at mli win, bets already placed remain active and will be settled based on the game outcome. mli win is not responsible for losses arising from connection failures on the player's side.

The following activities are expressly prohibited at mli win. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended and balances withheld pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account at mli win, whether in your own name or through a different identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any stage of the KYC verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with any mli win game, betting market, or platform feature.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in mli win games or systems to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from known bugs must be reported and will not be paid.

mli win uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, winnings generated through that conduct will be void and any real-money balance remaining after deduction of suspected fraudulent winnings will be returned to the player at mli win's discretion.

mli win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
• Instruction by a relevant regulatory, financial, or law enforcement authority.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of 24 months, following notice to the email address on the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, mli win may withhold pending withdrawals until investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that the player is not in breach, withheld funds will be released. Where a breach is confirmed, funds derived from the breach will be voided and real-money deposits may be returned at mli win's discretion.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their mli win account may do so at any time by contacting support. Voluntarily closed accounts will have any verified real-money balance returned via the player's registered withdrawal method.

mli win takes responsible gaming seriously. The following tools are available to every registered player from within their account settings at no cost:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Changes that reduce limits take effect immediately. Changes that increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling period.
• Session time reminders: Configure time-based alerts that notify you once you have been logged into mli win for a specified duration.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss figure per day, week, or month. Once reached, further bets or games are blocked until the limit period resets.

Your mli win account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for its intended personal entertainment purpose only. This licence does not transfer any ownership of the platform or its content to you and may be revoked by mli win at any time in accordance with these Terms.

mli win provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• mli win is not responsible for any losses arising from connection issues, device failures, or power outages on the player's side during active game sessions.
• The total liability of mli win to any player in respect of any individual claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits mli win's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is not permitted by applicable Pakistani law.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal information at mli win is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering at mli win, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If the complaint is not resolved to the player's satisfaction, the player may then pursue alternative dispute resolution options available under applicable law.
